Am I entitled to support?
You are entitled to90 days of complimentary support to
get started with SPICE Vision. You can purchase a support
agreement to get continued support and free major upgrades.
How about minor upgrades?
Minor upgrades are free? Check the Downloads section.
You can upgrade your installation with any later build of v2.
Can I upgrade from v1.X?
If you do not have a support contract you need to purchase
an upgrade. Use the contact form to ask us about upgrades.
I got a new computer and need to move my license?
Check the topic Moving a License in the
tool Help. The topic describes how you can deactivate
the license and reactivate it on a new computer
I need a copy of framework file X?
Check the Downloads section.
You will find all available frameworks there. The framework
files are free to download and use with your tool.
